Zapier is on a mission to make automation accessible to everyone, empowering people and businesses to be more efficient and productive. We’re looking for a customer-centric and visionary Product Management Director to lead our Growth teams, including our SEO, discovery, onboarding, and expansion strategy, while building a high-performing growth team.

About You

  • You inspire with vision. You lead with the customer problems we need to solve, using metrics to measure progress. You’ve successfully driven a step-change in product growth by rallying teams around a bold vision.

  • You obsess about customers. You have a customer-centric mindset and know the importance of connecting directly with customers and prospects. You demonstrate this for your team. You pay attention to the details and spend time understanding how our customers use each of our products.

  • You are outcome-oriented. While you know the metrics that drive the business, growth isn’t about spreadsheets and dials. You care deeply about customer needs and desires and focus on building the product experience that meets those needs so growth can flourish.

  • You’re a builder at heart. You’re passionate about enabling other people to build. You’re enthusiastic about the future of AI automation and how to leverage AI for product growth and personalization.

  • You have a track record of growth. You can demonstrate your success in growing SaaS products and building high-performing growth teams. Ideally, you’ve helped to grow a business with multiple products.

Things You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead a team of 4 product managers focused on product-led growth

  • Shape and execute our product-driven growth strategy. You will be responsible for new user acquisition, activation, and usage growth.

  • Support our Enterprise land and expand strategy, supporting viral growth within Enterprise organizations

  • Stay deeply connected to prospects, customers, and the products you’re growing

  • Build strong partnerships with our go-to-market teams and with the leaders of each of our products

  • Own and innovate on our SEO strategy (working closely with in-house SEO experts)

  • Work with the team to develop world-class product onboarding

  • Drive deeper adoption and expansion with our existing customers

  • Identify novel channels, products, and investments for growth

  • Continually communicate and advocate for the growth strategy at all levels of the organization

  • Apply your exceptional analytical skills & strong understanding of business levers to make swift, effective decisions
