Zapier is looking for an experienced Sales and Customer Success leader to take its product-led growth B2B sales model and scale it. The VP of Sales and Success is growing Zapier by creating and executing the strategy for low-touch and high-touch sales and success motions.
This executive role will report to Zapier’s CEO, Wade Foster, and work cross-functionally with our Product, GTM, and Ops leadership teams.

Zapier is a fast-growing and remote-first company and we need strong leadership to help us define the next chapter. Here are some things you'll do:
Create a repeatable sales and customer success process leveraging Zapier’s product-led growth model to grow new business and expand existing accounts
Develop, experiment, and optimize the method for landing and expanding customer accounts
Identify the right value proposition, customer, and price to sell our newest products as we expand upmarket
Help customers identify more ways to use Zapier and expand their usage of Zapier—growing revenue in the process
Lead the company’s efforts in selling our horizontal products across multiple company segments as well as customer profiles. (i.e., SMB to large organizations)
Work with Marketing, Ops, and Product to create demand and solutions for senior level stakeholders to drive revenue growth of our Enterprise SKU
Act as the executive sponsor for Zapier’s journey upmarket
Hire, mentor, and lead a world class sales and customer success team
Lead the development of annual sales and customer success planning including budgeting and hiring plans
About You
