As a small team, we’re all generalists, constantly picking up new challenges. When it comes to code, we’re looking to work with experienced people who can pick a problem and solve it.

We use TypeScript and build scalable systems so we can continuously make progress on a solid foundation. We don’t expect you to have a background in everything we use, but we expect strong JavaScript fundamentals and a background working with React and TypeScript.

🚀 What you’ll do

• Build new user-facing features with beautiful and scalable UI components

• Work closely with founders and design to implement fast new feature concepts

• Implement complex React components

• Improve the DX to multiply the team productivity

🧑‍💻 How we work

• Light in processes: 6-week sprints, 10-min daily meetings every morning, rotating bug duty week among devs and RFCs. That’s it.

• Few meetings. The vast majority of the discussion happens asynchronously on Notion. We believe that extended periods of uninterrupted work are a requirement to build great products.

• Think slow to go fast. Execution speed is a matter of life and death for us. We found out that the best way to go fast is to plan ahead. We ship smart, small, and fast.

• Drivers not passengers: We're after people who can see a problem, come up with a solution, and ask the right questions along the way. We need problem-solvers, not just task-doers.

• Small in numbers, high in output: We are strong believers that a small team of exceptionally talented people outperforms a way larger team of good members.
