Outbound Sales Representative - job 1 of 2
ZenBusiness is seeking experienced, people-focused sales agents who are excited to help entrepreneurs. This is a high-volume sales position that requires effective listening and solution-oriented skills.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Self-motivated
- Able to work in a metric-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Close sales by connecting with customers and providing appropriate solutions
- Make at least 60 outbound calls daily
- Assist customers through phone and email inquiries
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and compliance
- Update customer information in Salesforce and TalkDesk
- Meet quarterly sales targets and individual goals
Education
- High School Diploma/GED required
