仕事内容
規模、複雑性、ニーズの異なるあらゆる見込み顧客に対し、アウトバウンド営業を行う。セールスおよびプロダクトマネージャー、インダストリーセールスディレクター、マーケティングなど、社内のステークホルダーと協働する。機会の特定、発掘、評価に責任を持ち、日本におけるセールスパイプラインの開発に大きく貢献する。
主な業務
見込み顧客に積極的にアプローチし、その事業や組織の課題や弱点を理解する。
戦略的に的を絞って見込み顧客を発見し、コマーシャルまたはエンタープライズアカウントからのセールスパイプラインを作る。
セールスチームと協働して、ターゲットとなる見込み顧客リストを作成する。
見込み顧客のパイプラインの開発と管理を行い、トップクラスのカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する。
資格条件
エンタープライズおよびコマーシャル部門におけるビジネス開発の経験。特に日本の見込み顧客を管理した経験があること。
IT業界での営業経験 or 法人インサイドセールス経験1年以上
最低2年、営業に関連した環境での経験があること。
競争意識、ハングリー精神、自発的な行動力があること。目標以上の成績を目指すマインドセットがあること。
コミュニケーション能力、対人関係能力、組織管理能力に優れていること。
日本語が母国語レベルで、英語の読み書きが可能なこと。
学士号取得者であれば尚可

This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
