Partnerships Operations Executive

As a Partnerships Operations Executive, your role will be crucial in enhancing the operations of both Zenyum and our partner clinics. This role is fundamentally about ensuring operational excellence, focusing on monitoring performance metrics, maintaining compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and managing the treatment plan progression effectively.


Beyond the core operational tasks, the position provides opportunities to engage in strategic initiatives, including the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), automation enhancements, and operational strategy formulation. This role demands a blend of meticulous organization, strategic insight, and robust interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with our team and dental clinic partners.

Your responsibilities will be plentiful
  • Clinic and Internal Coordination: Act as the principal point of contact for both internal and external inquiries, ensuring smooth communication across all channels. Bridge our partner clinics and internal departments, resolving any escalations promptly and efficiently.
  • Operations and SLA Management: Lead process improvements with our clinic partners and internal teams to consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Regularly monitor SLA compliance, offering training and support to enhance performance. Work closely with sales, customer service, operations, and finance teams to ensure a superior client journey.
  • Data Management: Keep clinic and doctor data accurate, comprehensive, and readily available, with Salesforce serving as the primary repository. Coordinate doctor schedules to ensure seamless operations and keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Insights and Improvement: Leverage operational data to identify trends in clinic performance and develop strategies for SLA enhancement. Engage with various departments to tackle challenges related to clinic engagement, service operations, and the adoption of innovative features and processes.
  • Finance: Generate and send monthly invoices to partner clinics, maintaining a strict focus on data accuracy.
  • Product Releases: Develop and disseminate information on new product releases, along with training materials for new features within our clinic software. Facilitate the adoption of these new features by doctors and ensure their compliance.
  • Clinic Feedback: Collect feedback from clinics regarding operational processes and product improvements, focusing on innovation and enhancement opportunities.


Ideal Candidate:
  • Has a passion for healthcare innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Boasts a background in account management or service delivery, preferably with experience in the dental or medical fields.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think quickly and creatively under pressure.
  • Demonstrates a keen interest in technology, data analysis, and operational optimization.
  • Shows a commitment to learning and personal growth, with a readiness to tackle complex challenges.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, or Bahasa Indonesia considered a significant advantage. This multilingual capability will support effective communication with a wide range of partners and customers across different markets.
