About the role In this role you will have the opportunity to: Lead the Content Strategy and Social Media Activation for the ShowingTime+ brand and products that spans leadership, innovation, educational, and cultural categories. Responsible for infusing brand into our content and to ensure the content conveys leadership, trust, inspiration, and excitement to our partners. Develop human centric stories to consistently communicate our brand promise to customers across all touchpoints. Develop a comprehensive editorial calendar and lead the content development process from conceptualization to asset creation. Lead a team of content creators and designers to develop creatively outstanding content that is customized to both traditional and emerging channels in order to fuel our demand generation and customer loyalty programs. Lead a strategic cross-functional content-led program, dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our customers. Work closely with cross functional partners such as legal and comms to accelerate content throughput and velocity. Collaborate with the Comms and Legal teams to identify and partner with individuals and organizations that align with the vision of ShowingTime+, fostering innovative collaborations to deliver our stories in new and inspiring ways Lead social media strategy aligned to broader Zillow B2B and B2C strategy, marketing objectives, and business goals Build and strengthen organic social and video capabilities, infusing innovation and relevancy at their core, to enhance our storytelling efforts. Inspire the broader marketing organization by sharing and activating trends, cultural insights, and new technologies across all customer touchpoints. This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $158,600.00 - $253,400.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Who you are 10+ years of experience in content marketing and social media, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience developing content and social media strategy with proven results Expert in understanding how both brand and product communications work together to drive revenue and customer loyalties. Demonstrate a keen comprehension of visual design principles and possess a deep appreciation for the symbiotic relationship between captivating copy and impactful visual elements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop high-quality stories. Masterful storyteller who engages and influences others to align to a vision. A gift for bringing clarity where there is ambiguity.
