About the role
We are looking for a thoughtful and strategic Senior Influencer Specialist to help us develop innovative, engaging Influencer campaigns with thoughtful measurement strategies, promoting our mission of giving people the power to unlock life’s next chapter! You will be responsible for day-to-day influencer activities, and possesses the ability to run Influencer executions from start to finish, as well as assist in the management of our Influencer Agency. You will partner closely with our Paid Social strategy, Content strategy, and Community Management functions to develop holistic customer campaigns, implement Social expertise, and report on Influencer performance and impact. The role will focus specifically on:
• Lead our influencer marketing program, overseeing the selection, approval, and collaboration with influencers aligned with our brand and campaign goals.
• Set clear objectives for campaigns, identifying how to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
• Work closely with Content & Creative Strategists to conceptualize and develop influencer campaigns that align to greater marketing objectives
• Lead execution of influencer campaigns, including content co-creation, approvals, & scheduling
• Establish benchmark performance metrics for influencer content to gauge program efficacy and advise data-driven optimizations.
• Act as a liaison with external influencer agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration, and leverage influencer insights to improve overall campaign strategies.
• Analyze the end-of-campaign performance, returning to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement.
• Actively engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Product, Paid Marketing, Creative, Brand, PR, and Influencer agency to align Influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with external partners, including influencer agencies, to coordinate sponsored content and influencer collaborations.
• Work collaboratively to leverage creative assets, insights, and data across departments, optimizing campaign strategies for maximum impact and cohesiveness.
• Handle budget, dependencies, and resourcing for all Influencer activations in collaboration with Influencer Agency
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $75,500.00 – $120,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
• 3+ years of work experience in social marketing with an emphasis on Influencer campaign development, optimization, and reporting, ideally at a mid-to-large sized brand
• Experience with social advertising products, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and an ability to synthesize data and analytics from a wide variety of sources into insights and recommendations
• Strong skills in Excel and GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Understanding of incrementality testing
• Understanding of A/B tests and brand surveys within social platforms
• Understanding of UTM and pixel-based tracking
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful execution of influencer campaigns.
• Self-starter with a high degree of curiosity
