Main Purpose of Job 🧐
As a Senior SDR, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by building a robust sales pipeline. Your focus will be on identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities, ensuring our AE team has everything they need to close deals. Key Responsibilities 🔑

  • Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to prospective clients. 📳
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Partnerships teams for partner pints, events, and other joint initiatives.
  • Perform detailed account research. 📖
  • Leverage MEDPIC methodology to qualify leads. 🧠
  • Participate in SDR weekly training sessions and demo debriefs with Sales.
  • Use sales tools such as Outreach and Hubspot effectively.

Experience & Background 🏜️

  • Work Experience: Minimum 6 months as an SDR.
  • Relevant Companies: Sales-driven organisations with strong SDR frameworks.

Salary 💰

    • £36,000 + £10,000 Commission

📍Hybrid, Central London

We appreciate the value of in person connection with colleagues and flexible working for our employees. We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays.

Interview Process 🤩⚡️💎

  1. One-Sided Video Interview:
    • Conducted via a pre-recorded session. Questions will focus on motivations and SDR best practices.
  2. 30-Minute Video Interview:
    • With Balvin (SDR Manager) and Ali (Team Member).
  3. Final Stage (In-Person, 1–1.5 hours):
    • Task presentation and panel interview with Balvin, Frances, and Alastair.
