Head of Treasury

Zinnia is looking for a Head of Treasury to oversee all aspects of the company's treasury operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial expertise, and the ability to optimize cash flow and financial risk.

Responsibilities

Oversee treasury operations including cash positioning and electronic payments
Develop cash management strategies to optimize liquidity
Evaluate and manage the company's capital structure
Prepare regular reports on treasury activities
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
Develop investment policies for surplus cash

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred
