Location: Remote US


Zinovo is a US-based Salesforce Managed Service and Support Consultancy. We provide full platform support for Sales, Service, App, Community, Pardot and Marketing Cloud. Each one of our consultants is fully certified on the platform and we provide Senior Admin, Senior Developer and Solution Architect services.


We’re seeking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to focus on professional services within the Salesforce ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will drive our business growth by strategically identifying and cultivating potential leads, converting them into valuable business opportunities. You will lead collaboration with our sales and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the unique value of our services. Effective communication and strategic thinking will be essential as you articulate the benefits of our solutions to prospective clients.


In This Position, the Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For, But Not Be Limited To:

- Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels including research, networking, and outreach.

- Evaluating leads to ensure they align with our business objectives and have high potential for conversion.

- Working with the sales and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals that address client needs.

- Creating and delivering engaging presentations and demos that highlight the advantages of our professional services.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.

- Understanding client requirements and clearly articulating how our solutions can meet their needs.

- Assisting the sales team in transitioning qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

- Staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide strategic input.

- Mentoring and coaching junior and mid-level business development team members to enhance their skills and performance.

- Providing leadership and guidance to ensure best practices in lead generation, client engagement, and proposal development.


Minimum Qualifications:

- - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


- 6-10 years of experience in business development or sales roles.

- Experience selling professional services, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Demonstrated success in generating and qualifying leads, as well as closing deals.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to understand and convey complex technical solutions to a variety of audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
