You will also work closely with diverse teams to achieve outstanding results.About the TeamThe eCommerce team is responsible for optimizing online checkout, supporting new product introductions, and increasing online revenue. We are a group of UX Designers, UX Writers, and UX Researchers who share a passion for improving the lives of our customers. You will report directly to the Online UX Group Manager within the Online business organization for Zoom.Responsibilities• Partner with design, brand, and product teams to create engaging copy for all online interfaces.• Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for online platforms, including product descriptions and promotional content.• Maintain consistent terminology across all platforms and update internal documentation for content standards.• Analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve and optimize content.• Stay updated on eCommerce trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and effective.What we’re looking for• Possess a Bachelors Degree.• Have 3+ years experience in UX Writing in an eCommerce, Saas or marketplace products that target consumers or small businesses.• Have experience working with Figma and Usertesting.• Be able to take a data-driven approach to UI/UX design and know how to use data to inform copy and A/B testing.• Have the ability to function independently and as part of a team with solid collaboration skill.• Possess the ability to efficiently develop and refine design solutions through iterative processes, leveraging both research and data.• Demonstrate a team-oriented approach, with a proactive attitude and a commitment to completing tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should be passionate, self-driven, and possess excellent organizational skills.Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$83,700.00Maximum:$178,000.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
