Zoom is looking to grow its global Customer Experience Consulting Solution Engineering team

About the Team


Consulting Solution Engineers serve as experts in Zoom's portfolio of CX capabilities and are responsible for driving the technical portion of a CX sales cycle alongside their Zoom sales colleagues


What we’re looking for


  • Have the ability to own and lead the solution sales activities within the sales process to achieve the “Technical Win”
  • Experience leading Contact Center responses to Requests for Information RFI and Requests for Proposals RFP
  • Be able to lead the delivery of Evaluations (Eval) and Proof of Concept (POC)
  • Experience collaborating with partner teams to support partner sales and technical enablement programs
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Contact Center product and landscape


Salary Range or On Target Earnings:


Minimum:

$92,300.00


Maximum:


$184,600.00

Anticipated Position Close Date:


05/24/24In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
