ZoomCare is seeking an Area Manager to join our team! The Area Manager is responsible for operating and driving clinic performance for the clinics within their area. The Area Manager will drive performance by managing providers with assessments of financial performance and clinic observations. The Area Manager will manage assigned department functions, complete periodic department projects, and ensure achievement of department performance metrics.

  • Provides monthly analysis and review of clinic level profit and loss with the Director of Clinic Operations.
  • Manages key indicators that influence financials including revenue per visit.
  • Drives key performance indicators to achieve optimal productivity and support providers to achieve their bonuses.
  • Assess team member needs for scope of role, development needs, succession planning and clinic outcomes; create and promote development plans accordingly.
  • Monitor and control clinic expenditures within the approved budget using administrative guidelines, organization benchmarks and anticipated scope of services.
  • Provides monthly analysis of workflows and clinic efficiencies related to delivery of the perfect visit and resource management.
  • Oversees the facilities inventory management for each clinic in their area.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field, preferred.
  • 5+ years of management experience, preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Valid State issued non-commercial class driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
COMPENSATION  PACKAGE

  • Salary Range: $72,000 - $85,000 dependant on experience
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
  • Must wear a mask as needed.
  • Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this position.
  • Prolonged periods of standing/sitting and working at a computer.
