- Design and implement data acquisition and processing pipelines
- Create and maintain our AI assistant capabilities
- Ensure data accuracy and quality across our extensive property database
- Optimize backend architecture for scalability and performance
- Collaborate with product team to implement new features and capabilities
- Design and maintain API endpoints for data access and integration
- Implement robust testing and validation frameworks for ML models
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in machine learning and data science
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks
- Experience with large-scale data processing and ETL pipelines
- Proficiency in database design and optimization
- Experience with API design and implementation
- Strong background in statistics and experimental design
- Experience with real estate data or market analysis
- Knowledge of time series forecasting and geospatial analysis
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Background in natural language processing for AI assistants
- Contributions to open-source projects or research publications
