Role Overview:
As an Associate KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Specialist - Ecosystem Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and content creators. You will play a pivotal role in building our network of key ecosystem partners, enhancing Zoop's brand visibility, and driving creator adoption. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, a keen understanding of the influencer landscape, and a strategic approach to relationship-building within the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. KOL Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement strategies to identify, engage, and onboard influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) who align with Zoop’s brand and ecosystem goals.
    • Analyze industry trends to identify potential KOLs across various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social networks.
    • Plan and execute partnership initiatives to drive platform growth and enhance community engagement.
  2. Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for KOLs, maintaining strong, long-term relationships and acting as a bridge between them and Zoop’s internal teams.
    • Provide KOLs with guidance and support to optimize their participation on the platform.
    • Manage ongoing communications, negotiate partnership terms, and ensure mutual benefit from collaborations.
  3. Ecosystem Development:
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand and strengthen Zoop’s ecosystem by fostering partnerships with industry leaders, content creators, and communities.
    • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful integration of KOLs into the Zoop platform.
    • Identify and build strategic relationships with agencies, brands, and other key ecosystem stakeholders.
  4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track the performance and impact of KOL collaborations using data-driven metrics.
    • Prepare regular reports on the status of partnerships, highlighting key learnings and strategic recommendations for optimization.
    • Continuously improve the KOL strategy based on performance insights and market trends.
  5. Content & Campaign Support:
    • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to support KOLs in the development of engaging content and campaigns that resonate with Zoop’s audience.
    • Assist in managing influencer-driven campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or partnership development, ideally within the tech, social media, or creator economy sectors.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator monetization trends, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and evaluate KOL performance using relevant metrics.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Web 3 technologies, NFTs, and the creator economy is a plus.
