Senior Motion Designer (all genders)

• Creating excellent visual and performance-driven solutions for any motion design project-whether it's 2D or a touch of 3D, you bring your creative vision to life with a strong foundation in best practices.
• Concepting & Pitching: You actively contribute to the ideation phase, developing and pitching creative motion design concepts that align with brand goals and project objectives.
• Creative Consulting: You offer expert motion design guidance throughout the entire project, particularly excelling in the conceptual phase where you refine and present your ideas effectively.
• Upholding Quality: You maintain consistency and uphold the highest visual quality standards, ensuring every piece meets the creative and strategic vision.
• Project Management: Alongside your creative talent, you're skilled at managing expectations, staying on top of your timelines, and structuring your work to ensure smooth project flow.
• Communication: Whether the concept is simple or complex, you know how to simplify to be understood by all stakeholders, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

• A motion designer with 5+ years of experience, bringing a strong portfolio that highlights your creativity, technical expertise, and ability to conceptualize and pitch compelling ideas. Experience with TV and OOH is a big plus.
• A passionate and forward-thinking creator whose creativity adds the perfect finishing touch to every video asset while staying ahead of motion design trends and best practices.
• A master of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the entire Adobe Suite, effortlessly and creatively solving any technical challenge that comes your way.
• A storyteller with a deep brand understanding, able to craft compelling narratives that deliver messages with clarity and impact. Eager to shape and elevate the future of our in-house motion design team through innovative approaches and a keen eye for detail.
• A pet lover bringing warmth, joy, and elegance to every project.
