Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Identify new opportunities and platforms for influencer partnerships to maximize brand reach and engagement while ensuring that influencers accurately represent the brand's voice, values, and messaging.
  • Plan influencer marketing campaigns and long-term relationships with key influencers from conception to completion.
  • Train the global Social Media & Influencer Marketing team to negotiate contracts and manage influencer agreements to ensure mutual benefit and brand alignment.
  • Develop and manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Create thorough (monthly) Influencer Marketing reports, ensure that all relevant KPIs are excelling and up to date. You'll ensure performance and progress across all influencer collaborations.
  • Support and enable Social Media Managers with trainings, guidelines and mentoring for the inhouse execution of campaigns and collaborations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers. 
  • Cooperating and coordinating with Agencies and service provider will also be a part of your regular work.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in Influencer Marketing with 5+ years relevant work experience with proven track record of successful influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships, leading a (international) team as well as experience in managing budgets and analyzing campaign performance.
  • University degree in Economics, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related fields 
  • A strong sense for Influencer Marketing plus Social Media Storytelling paired with an affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills 
  • Social Media, Internet and Tech savvy with state of the art knowledge of trends in area of Influencer Marketing
  • Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to find creative solutions, as well as a high level of initiative and reliability 
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and a goal-driven as well as team-oriented working style
  • Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Fluent in English - any other European Language would be a plus
