We're seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join us.
What you'll do:- Work closely with SVP, Sales and SVP, Marketing to help promote and execute the company’s marketing and sales goals and initiatives
- Manage all tradeshow opportunities – including annual calendar, booth rentals, purchasing, and logistics
- Create tradeshow documents and communication for internal S&M teams
- Manage all sponsorship relations with tradeshow organizations and industry contacts – including all materials deadlines around sponsorship opportunities
- Work with Sales Support Engineer on all shipping and logistics around tradeshow and events promotional needs, including but not limited to, booths, signage, and collateral assets
- Manage all prospective and client events – including event planning, facility rentals and catering, and timelines
- Work in tandem with sales and marketing leaders to integrate all tradeshow/event promotions and communications throughout the organization
- Support and oversee sales and marketing efforts to increase company brand awareness, service/solutions promotion, and sales enablement efforts
- Support all outbound or inbound marketing activities, including printing, packaging, and shipping
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Analyze and research market data; update and create competitor reports annually
- Lead and oversee back-end website initiatives, including content additions and ongoing SEO
- Oversee all speaking engagements for the company and keep an active report of previous and future engagements
- Create quarterly reports on sales and marketing activity for all employees and a more in- depth report for management
- Create monthly language for social media, communicating tradeshow and marketing activity
- Work with solution agency to help develop S&M promotional materials
- Proofread all sales collateral and assets
- Exhibit with Sales team at tradeshows
- Manage all filing of S&M assets across all internal channels, including company intranet, BOX, 365, and web
- Manage BOX account, this includes managing users, storage and reporting on all assets in BOX quarterly
What you'll bring to Zotec:- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare
- Strong attention to detail
- Event planning experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to multi-task and adaptable to change
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and priority management skills
