Order Management Representative

Zscaler is looking for an Order Management Representative to handle customer order management and billing processes for the Public Sector. This role requires a combination of technical skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Order management expertise
Billing processes knowledge
Experience with Federal/SLED contracts
Familiarity with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition guidelines
Knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce

Responsibilities

Develop training materials for Sales staff
Approve customer purchase orders and create sales orders
Interpret customer contract provisions for order and invoicing requirements
Ensure accurate billings and adherence to policies
Provide support on contracts provisions and customer licensing
Perform audit reconciliations across ERP, CRM and licensing systems

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
