Zscaler is seeking an experienced Product Support Engineer to join their Customer Success Strategy & Operations team in Tokyo, Japan. This role focuses on providing expertise in technical support for enterprise security and network problems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone/email consultation to independently debug complex security/network problems for Tier II support
  • Work with Engineering to assist the customer with testing or troubleshooting
  • Reproduce customer issues to verify problems and provide feedback to the Engineering and Operations team

  • Minimum university degree in IT or related field
