Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding financial products and services.
Handle inquiries through phone, email, and chat effectively and professionally.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to their accounts and services.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial products to provide accurate and relevant information.
Document customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training and development to keep up with industry changes.

Fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Prior experience in customer service, especially in the financial sector, is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Able to thrive in a remote work environment.
A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
Willingness to experience the local culture while working in Greece.
