Responsibilities
Provide second line phone/email consultation to debug security/network problems.
Develop training programs for the department.
Mentor other engineers on troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Contribute to product and code changes based on customer use-cases.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering
Advanced industry certifications (preferred)
