Zscaler is a leading cloud security company committed to making the cloud a safe space for enterprises. They are seeking a Product Support Engineer II to provide essential support and mentoring within their Customer Support team.

Skills

Troubleshooting networking issues
Familiarity with Linux, Unix, BSD
Knowledge of network protocols and tools
Web server administration

Responsibilities

Provide second line phone/email consultation to debug security/network problems.
Develop training programs for the department.
Mentor other engineers on troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Contribute to product and code changes based on customer use-cases.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering
Advanced industry certifications (preferred)
