Zscaler is a leading cloud security company looking for a Renewals Specialist to manage customer relationships in LATAM while collaborating with sales and customer success teams to drive renewals.

Skills

Proficiency with Excel, CPQ, and Salesforce
Understanding of web security fundamentals
Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese

Responsibilities

Manage renewals in assigned LATAM territory
Create and position renewal proposals to partners and customers
Monitor dashboards and renewals process timelines
Collaborate with Sales Operations to guide tool/process improvements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business or related degree (preferred)
