Senior Consultant, Professional Services Public Sector

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Consultant for their Professional Services team to assist clients in implementing and managing Zscaler solutions, ensuring a secure cloud experience.

Skills

Familiarity with IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, and DNS protocols.
Experience with systems installation and administration.
Knowledge of network troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Zscaler Professional Services team.
Integrate Zscaler solutions into customers' environments.
Provide configuration guidance and best practices.
Assist customers with testing and troubleshooting.
Provide regular status reports for critical incidents and projects.
Respond to unplanned events including after-hours issues.
