Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Be on call for Priority0/Priority1 customer-affecting issues during non-operational hours
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams
  • Update customers about cloud updates and upgrades
  • Provide product training and notifications of new technologies
  • Monitor customer site reports and provide recommendations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
