Responsibilities
Be on call for Priority0/Priority1 customer-affecting issues during non-operational hours
Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams
Update customers about cloud updates and upgrades
Provide product training and notifications of new technologies
Monitor customer site reports and provide recommendations
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
