Senior Level Game Designer

Zynga is seeking a passionate game developer to join their Mid-Core Game Division for an unannounced new 3D action game. This role involves creating high-quality gaming experiences and collaborating with a diverse team of innovators.

Skills

Proficiency in Unity
Expertise in game balancing and pacing
Strong knowledge of game design practices
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

Craft, tune and implement top down action levels
Tune and model complex systems using Excel
Create or adapt leading game features to work with an existing game engine
Pitch new ideas to the team/hold brainstorming sessions
Write and rewrite design specifications
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and artists on new features

Education

Bachelor's degree in Game Design or related field preferred
