About the role
- Owned and led the definition, conception, execution and measurement of social media engagement programs, including content calendars, influencer strategies, fan engagement tactics, campaigns, contests and promotions, community programs, and more.
- Identified key insights from data that help inform content, audience development and campaign planning and optimization, and then prepared and delivered findings to key partners.
- Monitored community/customer engagement, as well as other community-related metrics, and provided reports, insights, and feedback to stakeholders regularly.
- Worked closely with platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and agencies/vendors to identify opportunities.
- Generated weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics reports to show high-level overview of social media’s performance.
- Worked cross-functionally and with social agencies to develop highly engaging, on-time and effective social campaigns to acquire, engage and delight Sling TV subscribers.
Highlights:
From April 2016 to May 2018, Sling TV's Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts grew 311%, 1500% and 89%, respectively.
