About the role
-Provide administrative support for seasonal and full-time Maintenance staff in essential operational roles, including director and manager level support
-Payroll processing for 70 full-time and 50+ seasonal employees
-Track maintenance schedules, testing, and related documents; ensure compliance with all state, federal, and international standards of documentation
-Provide monthly safety trainings; track employee safety certifications; coordinate with Risk Management to develop and maintain city/county/state/federally compliant programs
-Assist Mechanical Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, and Buildings & Grounds teams by providing in-person support for HR questions, payroll, and general information
-Work with interdepartmental teams to develop new Employee Review Programs and plan company-wide All-Hands & Season Kickoff meetings
-Prepare, update, and distribute documents, including Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices, company policies, internal and external communications
-Create a welcoming, friendly, and accessible point of contact for other departments to interact with Maintenance
-Scheduling/calendar management, support, and feedback for the Director of Maintenance & Development
