About the role
I head Marketing Operations in quarterly and yearly planning strategy. I sit under the Revenue Operations umbrella but primarily support the Marketing department in forming a narrative for campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations on how to take action. Documentation is one of the biggest pain points in any start-up, so I find myself focusing a lot on process documentation and coaching the team on best practice.
