• Responsible for the day to day operation of the Sussex and Moncton Bakeries.
• Was brought on to bring our Moncton Bakery, the recent investment into high speed manufacturing lines, up to design capacity after stalled commissioning as a result of COVID.
• Have worked with the team to successfully bring the operation to steady state; we are operating at design capacity, have waste in control and deliver consistent Quality. Direct Costs have been reduced across the board and the team is now meeting daily production targets with zero shorts.

• Designed and implemented company wide Learning & Development paths for all operational roles, including defined Training requirements and competitive compensation / total rewards compensation grids.
