About the role
--Role Responsibilities: -Cultivate and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and community centers in a four county territory, increasing the number of patients referred from those sources by 26% over a five month period
-Educate healthcare providers on the symptoms and risks of venous disease and the importance of treatment
Organize educational presentations on vein health and free screenings for venous disease for the community
-Trained colleagues in Salesforce data entry, account and contact maintenance, and creating reports to improve accuracy and capture lead generation opportunities previously overlooked
-Utilized route optimization software in conjunction with Salesforce reports to reduce mileage spending and increase time spent with physicians and patients
-- Key Achievements: Collaborated with McLaren Macomb Podiatric and Surgical Residency program to open our clinics to their students for rotation, building relationships today with the referral sources of tomorrow
-Initiated contact and gathered appropriate data and paperwork to have our physicians credentialed with Ascension, removing a significant roadblock for our top referring providers
