• Support members by providing program and product information, entering member data, handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting with store operations, scheduling of members appointments, and other member service-related tasks.
• Coordinated and completing business development activities. I lead and prepare for several sales presentations at Physician offices.
• Assisting team members in the office if they are running behind. This keeps them on time for their next appointments, maintaining our high-level customer service.
