About the role Datto is the market leader of cloud security software for Enterprise and SMBs. At Datto, I am leading a team across engineering, marketing, sales and support to build out and launch our reporting and alerting module, a critical functionality to increase the market share of Datto. About the role I joined Yourvone as employee number 1 and led the product through an 3x increase in revenue. As part of this growth, I led the team to launch: Automatic Push to App Store, Web App, CMS, Template Library, 3rd Party Integrations(Airtable, Zapier, Canva, Stripe, Shopify, Wordpress) which led V.One to be the #1 Product of the Year on Product Hunt in 2020. I also improved our product development proces by implementing our customer feedback and data analytics programs to speed up product discovery so I could validate ideas and confirm I would be building the right things. The customer research program also helped strengthen the connection between our product and users, and in itself increased adoption rates by 10%.
