About the role
Prepares necessary instruments to admit a will to probate, determines right of person applying for appointment as an administrator or prepares affidavits in Lieu of Administration. Examines all documents to determine if they are in proper form and examine the witnesses in order to complete appointment. Develop relationships with clients and law firms, not limited to answering a variety of inquiries. Creating and implementing training tools for new hires while also assisting in the development and continued education of current staff.
