About the role
GBTRS is 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization working to advance women and gender diverse people in the music industry where I oversee brand direction, help curate and develop brand guidelines. Plus manage team of designers along with the director of art while designing and collaborating on ideas for multicultural campaigns. I also help develop strong and loyal relationships with other non-profits, brands, musicians, industry peers and festivals.
