A sense of pride and contribution to the greater good makes me a superworker. I never want to let down coworkers or a company mission so I always put in 100% and go above and beyond to make sure that my work is something I can be proud of and something that actually moves the needle on a project. I try to work smarter not harder - I eliminate the time spent on 'rabbit hole' tasks like checking emails. If you follow Parkinson's Law and set x amount of time for a task, you can get that task done in that allotted time.
Last year, the President of the company personally asked me to take on a project that was completely outside of the scope of my usual work and something I'd never done before. He requested that I manage the market research projects and create and design the customer journey map to be used company wide. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done professionally because I had to first learn how to do it then accomplish it on top of my 'normal' workload. In the end, he was extremely impressed and happy and even presented my final project to Gartner!
