Optometrist

As an Optometrist at 360care, your main responsibilities will include conducting eye exams with our portable optometric equipment, diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, and prescribing, fitting, and adjusting eyeglasses. You will also recommend follow-up care and treatments while educating patients, families, and facility staff on vision-related issues.

Working as an Optometrist at 360care is unique due to our commitment to quality patient care and flexibility. You’ll enjoy a 1099 Independent Contractor status, which provides the freedom to create your own schedule without evening or weekend shifts, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.

360care provides extensive support to its Optometrists, including a trained Vision Tech for assistance during visits, all necessary portable equipment, full scheduling and billing handled by our office, and access to ongoing mentorship from our Clinical Director. This support system enables you to focus solely on patient care.

The work environment for Optometrists at 360care is collaborative and supportive. You will work closely with a team, providing on-site care in treatment rooms located within senior care facilities. Our goal is to create an atmosphere where you can provide the best patient care without the stress of administrative tasks.
