Main Purpose:
Achieve revenue and growth targets at an assigned customer portfolio of strategic accounts as well as profitability and customer satisfaction goals. Be a role model in hunting within the existing accounts and identifying up- and cross-sell opportunities. After proven success the candidate will have the opportunity to support and coach all team members on upsell and cross-sell topics.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for achieving revenue and growth targets with a strategic portfolio of accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your knack for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer contacts will be vital as you collaborate with our Sales and Global Account Directors to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. This isn't just about meeting numbers—it's about becoming a trusted partner to your clients while advocating for their needs within our organization. You'll have the chance to develop robust Account Plans and manage a pipeline that drives substantial revenue, all while using Salesforce to forecast your account sales. If you enjoy the thrill of achieving ambitious goals and have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales within the language services industry, especially with a 7-figure account portfolio, we encourage you to apply.
