Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the People Operations team, ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
    • Lead the full employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, providing guidance to managers and employees.
    • Develop and implement programs to promote employee engagement, development, and retention.
    • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Facilitate training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies.
    • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and applicable labor laws.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
