Assistant Home Health Registered Nurse Clinical Manager - job 1 of 3

AdvisaCare is looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Home Health Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to oversee our teams in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Michigan state Registered Nurse License and possess a strong clinical background.

You will assist in being responsible for clinical oversight, educational support, and training of our nursing staff. This position offers flexible hours primarily in the office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 3 days a week , some field visits and travel to other AdvisaCare locations within the service area will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Oasis documentation and chart audits to ensure compliance with State & CMS guidelines.
  • Facilitate education, onboarding, and training programs for clinical staff.
  • Perform supervisory visits to monitor clinical staff performance.
  • Maintain open communication and a positive attitude while leading the clinical team.
  • Other tasks as directed by the RN Clinical manager .
  • Travel within the AdvisaCare service area as needed.
  • Must possess a valid MI State Registered Nurse License, along with current TB test and CPR certification.
  • Must pass a comprehensive Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong critical thinking abilities, and excellent time management skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid MI Driver's License, and Auto Insurance.
  • Experience in home health care is preferred.
