Job Description

Start Immediately - This position works from our physical office in Temecula California.  

Agency Account Services Managers are responsible for client onboarding success and new service business development while maintaining and providing value in strategy and relationship building with existing customers.

Agency Account Services Managers are involved in presenting the company's innovative digital editions platform and educating clients about features of the solution to increase revenue, grow audiences, and improve digital audience experiences.

Pay Rate

- $ 18/hr

Daily Work Activities

- Collaborate with prospects, new customers onboarding, and our in-house design production team

- Administration of CRM and marketing activities

- Phone conferences, follow up calls/emails and webshare presentations

- New business - coordination of startup steps and best practices

 

Qualifications

Interest in the media and publishing industry and experience in communicating with business customers as an advisor & partner
