To qualify for the Senior Level GEOINT Standards Developer position, candidates must have a Master's degree, or a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience, or a minimum of 8 years in a relevant field. An active TS/SCI clearance is also mandatory.

A successful GEOINT Standards Developer should possess working knowledge of MySQL and other relational databases, be familiar with data governance tools like Collibra or Informatica, and have a good grasp of software languages, including GitLab, GitHub, XML, JSON, SQL, and REST APIs. Experience with existing OGC standards and GEOINT metadata is critical for this position.
