More About Our Practice 

Greater Cincinnati Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Services (GCVS) is a specialty and referral hospital that also provides emergency and urgent care. We offer a wide range of services from internal medicine, surgery, and rehabilitation. Our Internal Medicine department consists of a Board-Certified Veterinary Internist (DACVIM). Additionally, we have a surgery department with a board-certified small animal surgeon (DACVS). We offer neurology, cardiology, oncology, and of course, internal medicine. The services provided include ultrasound, CT imaging, video otoscopic services, endoscopy, colonoscopy, and further specialty testing not normally provided at a general veterinary practice.

Job Description

We’re Looking For 

Emergency veterinarians needed for growing specialty practice in the Greater Cincinnati area. Part-time and full-time positions available for flexible, rotating shifts. The practice is expanding its emergency service hours soon to serve the growing demand for care. Someone who will love to work with a caring and dedicated staff in a small family atmosphere. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership and communication skills with staff and clients, as well as empathy and a passion for excellent veterinary medicine and patient care. New graduates and seasoned veterinarians are invited to apply, with high-quality mentorship available to ensure success

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
  • Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
  • Active Veterinary State License
