We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of events, ensuring that every detail is handled seamlessly. You will work closely with the Events Coordinator and other team members to manage logistics, coordinate with vendors, and assist in the overall production of events.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, and transportation
  • Support with event set-up and break-down activities
  • Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and preferences
  • Ensure all event materials and supplies are prepared and organized
  • Help manage guest lists and handle event registrations
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and event presentations
  • Monitor event timelines to ensure events run smoothly
  • Handle post-event follow-up, including feedback collection and reports
