The U.S. Consumer Services (USCS) Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The objective of the USCS Control Management Process Risk Reduction team is to drive high-impact change to mitigate operational risk, stepping in when significant issues or events occur to improve processes and controls in partnership with business and technical leaders across the enterprise.
We are looking for a Senior Manager/Manager of Process Risk focused on focused on driving step-function transformational change to ensure control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. This is an ideal opportunity to develop a deep understanding of a business that is at the forefront of innovation in the industry and broadly collaborate across business units, functional areas, and geographies.
