As the Flight Systems Program Manager at Archer, located in sunny San Jose, California, you'll be at the forefront of transforming air mobility with our innovative all-electric aircraft. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams—from Systems Engineering to Quality Assurance—ensuring cohesion and smooth problem-solving across the board. You'll also develop detailed project schedules, track milestones, and manage risks, while relentlessly focusing on on-time execution. Your knack for building strong relationships will be invaluable as you coordinate with key stakeholders and prepare insightful project updates for senior leadership. Transforming ambitious visions into reality takes a blend of engineering savvy and exceptional program management skills, and you’ll need both to thrive in this role. We're looking for someone who understands aircraft design and excels in complex multi-system development. If you possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, combined with 5-10 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of flight control systems and avionics, we want to hear from you.
