What you’ll do
Manage data integration and analytical initiatives involving multiple data sources and systems.
Oversee and implement government-wide data transformation strategies.
Plan and manage Azure-based data integration and analytical initiatives.
Compile program/project charters and business/project plans to ensure business objectives and data integrity.
Create and maintain program forecasts reflecting approved plans.
Assist business and program sponsors with developing program vision and strategic deliverables.
Provide leadership to project teams in strategic planning, program/project definition, and communications.
Develop recommendations on resource requirements, dependencies, and policy implications.
Produce and package deliverables for presentation to internal support teams, steering committee, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with business and IT leadership to develop well-defined program/project plans.
Deliver project management office execution plans with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
Document and report program/project status against objectives, milestones, budget, and resources.
Develop program/project schedule plans, estimate resource requirements, and monitor work plans.
Conduct assessments and document benefits realization plans, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Provide leadership and assistance to business and project teams requiring change management and communication support.
Deliver against project management office standards and develop standards in their absence.
What you'll need
University graduation in business, management or related discipline, and four years of Project Management (PM) experience; OR
Two-year diploma in business, management or related discipline and six years of PM experience; OR
One year certificate in business, management or related discipline and seven years of PM experience; OR
Eight years of PM experience
PMP certification.
