Job Description

As an Asbury Recruiter, you’ll be part of a centralized talent acquisition team supporting recruitment for exempt and non-exempt, clinical and non-clinical roles throughout the organization.  You’ll play a key role in sourcing talented individuals with a passion for serving others.

This role is a PRN/Per Diem role (as needed) role and will be primarily remote.  The ideal candidate must be within a reasonable commute of the Asbury Support and Collaboration Center in Frederick, MD to be available for occasional in-person meetings, training, or to participate in community events.

Hours will vary from 15 to 30 hours per week based on hiring volume. Hours worked must be between 9:00am and 4:00pm EST.

Pay: $28 - $32 per hour, based on experience  

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Plan and implement a recruitment marketing plan to attract high-quality applicants. Help define touch points and best communication opportunities in the candidate life-cycle.
  • Source candidates through recruitment sites such as Indeed. 
  • Communicate and showcase Asbury’s culture, mission, and work environment to prospective candidates.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview and selection process to include candidate screening, hiring manager interviews, and job offers.  
  • Work closely with community leadership to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges and suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement.
  • Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and track, measure and report on campaign results; design and execute internal campaigns to drive employee referrals/ employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Marketing, Business or related field, required.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition partner, required.
  • HR certification, preferred.
