This remote position is all about providing essential back-end administrative support that allows our Strategic Account Managers to concentrate on their mission – delivering top-notch solutions to our clients in the healthcare sector. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating client deliverables, facilitating customer engagements, and maintaining up-to-date customer documentation. You will also be responsible for researching high-level solutions tailored to our clients' needs and working hand-in-hand with Client Services to tackle any complex support issues that arise. We value good communication, so being able to express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, is vital. Additionally, you'll need strong analytical skills to define problems, gather data, and present it effectively to team members.
